Leadership Coaching

Leadership shows up in what actually happens in the team.

When leadership is not working well, the consequences are not limited to relationships. They show up in time, people, results, missed opportunities and the company’s ability to grow.

That is why we do not start with leadership typologies. We start with concrete situations, decisions, conversations and patterns that keep repeating.

Where leadership has an impact

A leadership problem rarely stays just a leadership problem.

Good leadership is not simply a matter of style. It shapes where decisions get stuck, who carries responsibility, how much energy is spent fixing the same issues and whether the organisation can grow without creating new bottlenecks.

01
Time

How much time leaders spend in operations, firefighting and work that should sit lower in the organisation.

02
People

Overload, development, retention of good people, trust and the quality of working relationships.

03
Results and money

How consistently decisions are executed, what mistakes and ambiguity cost, and how much management time goes into the same problems again and again.

04
Missed opportunities

Decisions that come too late, conversations that are delayed and changes that never become the actual way of working.

05
Capacity to grow

Whether the company can grow without everything ending up with the same person again and without creating new bottlenecks.

Pain points

It usually shows up through very concrete symptoms.

A company does not need to have all of these. But when the same symptoms keep returning, it is worth looking at what in leadership, accountability or communication is sitting underneath them.

Turnover
Burnout
Conflict
Silos
Overload
Weak ownership
Poor meetings
Loss of trust
Missed targets

Areas of work

We do not work on everything at once.

After the diagnosis, we choose a small number of areas that currently carry the most impact. The aim is not to fix everything at the same time.

01

Clarity & Accountability

Clear expectations, responsibility, owner, deadline and what happens when a commitment is not delivered.

02

Delegation

Outcome, authority, responsibility, deadline and follow-up without micromanagement or rescuing.

03

Communication

Difficult conversations, boundaries and assertiveness without aggression or avoidance.

04

Feedback & Performance

Speed and quality of feedback, and clear conversations when performance is not good enough.

05

Meetings & Decisions

Meetings that end with a decision, a clear owner and a deadline, without circling back to the same topics every week.

06

Change & Resistance

How change is explained, accepted and turned into the actual way of working.

07

Capacity & Overload

Operational load, priorities, overload and how much space a leader genuinely has to lead.

08

People Development

Developing people, 1-to-1 conversations, ownership and the risk of good people burning out or leaving.

How we work

On real situations from the business.

Diagnosis

First we want to know where things are actually getting stuck.

Conversations, concrete examples, data and, where useful, a team pulse give us enough of a picture to avoid running a generic program.

Practice

Important conversations are prepared and practised.

Delegation, feedback, boundaries and difficult situations are worked through on real cases before the leader handles them in the business.

Sparring

The relationship can stay long-term.

We can stay alongside an owner or leadership team through growth, reorganisation, difficult decisions, people development and new business situations. The value comes from knowing the context and being able to return to earlier decisions and commitments.

Group

When the issue is shared, we work with the team.

We use group coaching when several people share the same issue or standard. The format serves the issue, not the other way around.

Measurement

A scoreboard, not a feeling.

We select a few indicators that connect to the issue we are working on. Enough to see whether the way of working is changing, without turning everything into a number.

Time

How much time a leader spends in operations and rescue work that the team should be able to carry.

Delegation

The quality of delegation and how much delegated work comes back to the leader.

Execution

How many commitments end with a clear owner and deadline, and how many are actually delivered.

Conversations

How long important topics are delayed and how quickly people receive concrete feedback.

Leadership

If the same problems keep returning, it is worth looking at what is keeping them in place.

We can start with one issue, one leader or the entire leadership team. If long-term sparring keeps creating value, the relationship can continue through the company’s next stages of growth.
