Leadership Coaching
For companies where the way people lead is consuming too much time, wearing people down, slowing decisions or limiting growth.

We work with owners, leaders and sales teams on real situations where they need to lead more clearly, have better conversations and follow through on what was agreed.
Where we start
We do not start every engagement the same way. Sometimes one concrete case is enough to begin. Sometimes we need to speak with people, look at data or work with a team first. The format follows the problem, not the other way around.

Explore leadershipWork on the entire sales conversation — from first contact to decision and follow-up. No tricks or pressure; the emphasis is on a high-quality, honest conversation.

How we work
We do not start with a pre-built program. We start with a real situation, choose a small number of priorities, work on concrete cases and then come back to what actually happened in practice.
We start with a real situation, conversation, data point or recurring problem.
We choose a small number of things that are worth working on now.
We practise, prepare and work through real conversations, decisions and sales opportunities.
We return to what was done and look at what changed — and what did not.
Engagement
Sometimes we solve one specific issue. Sometimes we work together for several months. And sometimes it makes sense to stay alongside the company as a long-term sparring partner who knows the context and can maintain continuity as new situations emerge.
One topic, one conversation or one problem that needs to be worked through and moved forward.
Ongoing work over several months when a new way of working needs to be introduced, tested and strengthened.
An ongoing relationship with an owner, leadership team or sales function for as long as an external perspective and continuity create real value.
How we know something is changing
At the start, we agree what to watch. Not dozens of metrics — a few indicators that are connected to the problem we are actually working on.
How much time managers spend in operations; whether delegated work comes back; whether commitments are carried through; how long important conversations are delayed; what happens to meetings and accountability.
The quality of discovery and listening, whether business impact becomes clear, whether there is a specific next step, and what happens to follow-up, discounts, conversion and sales-cycle length.
When we work with a team, we look at whether what was agreed actually shows up in conversations and day-to-day work afterwards.
A few priorities. Real cases. Clear application. A return to what actually happened.
How we think
We do not look for a more complicated model when a simpler explanation will do. We do not take the first version of a problem at face value. And we do not call something progress just because the conversation felt good.
What happened? Who said what? What was done? What happened next? Only then does it make sense to talk about a solution.
Sometimes the most useful thing is someone outside the company who knows the people and the history of decisions, yet can still ask the question that is easy to miss from inside.
We can understand the other side and still say what needs to be said. In leadership and sales, the issue is often a conversation that nobody is leading clearly enough.
First conversation
You do not need to know the right format in advance. Tell us what keeps repeating, where things get stuck or what you want to change. We can start there.
